If customer's vehicle insruance does not provide coverage for rented recreational vehicles, then the insurance provided by the rental agency or third-party rental agency will be first in place.
Current Insurance Carrier policy that a customer will be purchasing through our website, is an "Excess Policy" aka "Secondary Policy".
This means that in the event of an accident, the reservation insurance carrier will first procure the customer's personal vehicle insurance policy, and then they will pick up the tab for any deficiencies.
If the customer's personal vehicle insurance carrier does not provide coverage for rented recreational vehicles, then the insurance policy purchased through our website will be first in place.
