The RV can not be moved or relocated from where we drop it off at.
Sleeping capacity varies depending on the level of comfort and privacy desired as well as the adult, teens and children combination.
The Queen beds are to be considered the RV Queen size which is a few inches shorter than a regular household Queen bed.
All those beds called "Twin" or "Single" are narrower and often shorter than the ones we are used to at home.
A "Full size" or "Double size" bed within the RV industry are equally narrower and often shorter as well than the ones we have at home.
NOTE: Drop down beds, bunks, and overhand bunks have a weight limit. Please ask what is the limit for your specific needs to avoid having to pay for expensive repairs.

You will receive your reservation receipt at the time of booking. Please let us know if the system did not generate the reservation receipt so that we can send it to you via email.
We will also send you via DocuSign all rental documents in order for you to read, initial and sign all those fields in which you are not required to be in person.
This will be done approx. within 48.0 hrs of you submitting all the documents required to 48.0 hrs prior the reservation start date.
The second DocuSign link, will be sent AFTER you complete the in person visual inspection, confirm readinfggs, condition, and equipment provided for you to submit final iniital and signatures.

No, early returns and/or ending the reservation short are not eligible for a refund.

If the customer's personal vehicle insurance carrier does not provide coverage for rented recreational vehicles, then the insurance policy purchased through our website will be first in place.

No, customers can not opt out from the Commercial Rental Insurance provided by the reservation agency or third-party rental agency in the event your insurance policy does not extend coverage to us or the vehicle.

The coverage provided by the reservation rental agency and/or third-party rental agency is considered "Secondary" coverage, this means that in the event of a claim, the customer's insurance carrier will be used first and then the insurance provided by the rental agency or third-party rental agency will be second in place. If customer's vehicle insurance does not provide coverage for rented recreational vehicles, then the insurance provided by the rental agency or third-party rental agency will be first in place.
Yes, if you are booking a Corporate or Event Rental, we can accept your Commercial Liability extended coverage supplement as well as a signed promissory document in which you are accepting liability to be billed separately for repairs, missing inventory, damages, additional charges or loss of use, as well as extended Liability and Asset protection for our company and staff.
The amount of insurance deductible depends on the level of coverage purchased by the customer and as per the insurance company that we are using at the time of booking.
Yes, the customer is solely responsible to pay for each claim deductible per occurrance.
Remember that as customary, every accident is considered a separate occurrence by most insurance companies.
Yes, the customer is liable to repair or replace for any and all glass damage that happens during the time they have possession of the RV and/or until the time is returned to us.
However, higher level of coverage provides windshield protection and/or the customers personal insurance policy.

Please exercise caution and safety when having a dog (s) inside the unit, do not relay on the AC running since this can fail due to overload, electricity at the campsite fail, generator run out of gas or any other event that can cause for your dog to suffocate and die due to extreme heat or fumes.
No, we rent for delivery only. Customers are not allowed to move or relocate the RV from where we set it up.

Absolutely, we will not only provide an "Operational Guide" that will show you how to operate and troubleshoot most the systems needed but we will also provide extensive training at the time you pick up the RV from us or when we deliver it to you.
Please let us know in writing if you need to cancel your reservation so we can process your cancellation and expedite any eligible refund available for your reservation or circumstances.
Yes, please let us know what new dates you want to reschedule your reservation. New dates must have availability for the rented recreational vehicle or we can find a suitable and matching rig for the new dates.
Nightly/daily rates for new dates must be equal or less than original reservation.
There is a $100.00 rescheduling fee.
Bike racks are not usually installed on the units unless the customer requests one.
We provide this at no additional cost.

Your reservation comes with insurance, and depending on the coverage selected, damages will be covered.
Please take lots of pictures as soon as safe and available from all 4 angles of the RV as well as the area that got damaged.
Write down the date, time, exact location address and/or intersection where the accident occurred as well as the traffic and weather conditions.
If there is another driver involved, take a picture of their DL, insurance ID card and pictures of their vehicle or property.

For your safety and liability as well as ours and all around, the following documents must be provided to us after booking:
a) Customers for we will be delivering and the rig will not be moved at all:
- Current valid identification card, must be issued by the government of where they reside.
- A current utility bill in which name matches the customer’s name
- Customer's personal vehicle insurance ID card

As per the insurance requirements to issue coverage, all customers must be older than 25 years old.
