Payments and Cancellation Policy


Reservation Booking Payment

  1. Non-refundable reservation initial payment: $300.00
  2. Reminder reservation full balance due 30 days prior start date
  3. Damages and overages deposit due 3 business days prior start date

Payment methods accepted:

  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Credit or debit card

NOTE: All forms of payment are subject to a 5% management fee

Cancellations Eligible Refunds

All reservations that are cancelled at any time will receive a full refund  for all prepaid services such as: mileage, propane refill, septic tanks cleaning, delivery and pick up, interior or exterior cleaning, etc. and damages deposit minus $35.00 Management fee.

Rented Days/Nights reservation paid amount:

  • If cancelled 30 or more days prior reservation starts = Full refund*
  • If cancelled between 15-29 days prior reservation starts = 50% refund*
  • If cancelled between 7-14 days prior reservation starts = 25% refund*
  • If cancelled between 1-7 days prior reservation starts = 0% refund*
  • If cancelled between 24.0 hrs after booking = 100% refund*

* Minus $65.00 Management fee

Special Circumstances - Reschedule

If you have unforeseen circumstances that prevents you to keep your paid reservation, you can request for a "rain check", and we will do our best to accommodate your new dates as per availability. 

Keep in mind that if your original reservation is within the low season rates and/or promotional rates and you need to change it to a high season non discounted rates, you will need to pay the difference if such dates are available.

Customer can reschedule their reservation to different dates depending on availability and for equal value. 

Reschedule fee: $100.00
