If you have unforeseen circumstances that prevents you to keep your paid reservation, you can request for a "rain check", and we will do our best to accommodate your new dates as per availability.
Keep in mind that if your original reservation is within the low season rates and/or promotional rates and you need to change it to a high season non discounted rates, you will need to pay the difference of such new dates if available.
Customer can reschedule their reservation to different dates depending on availability and for equal value.
Rescheduling MUST BE RECEIVED at least 2 weeks prior reservation Start Date.
