Payments and Cancellation Policy

1. Non-refundable reservation initial payment: $500.00
2. Reminder reservation full balance due 14 days prior start date
3. Damages and overages deposit due 2 business days prior start date

Payment methods accepted:

• PayPal Friends & Family (Save processing fee)
• Venmo (Save processing fee)
• Zelle (Save processing fee)
• Depending on the payment method when using a card, there will be an additional 6% - 10% on top of the total for management fee

• • Initial $500.00 payment is not refundable 
• • Reservation must be paid in full 14 days prior start date
•  • No refund once reservation has been paid in full at the 14 days deadline
•  • If reservation has been paid in full prior the 14 days deadline, we will offer a 50% refund minus the processing fee and the mandatory $500.00 non-refundable initial booking payment if cancelled 30 days prior reservation starts. 

If you have unforeseen circumstances that prevents you to keep your paid reservation, you can request for a "rain check", and we will do our best to accommodate your new dates as per availability. 

Keep in mind that if your original reservation is within the low season rates and/or promotional rates and you need to change it to a high season non discounted rates, you will need to pay the difference of such new dates if available.

Customer can reschedule their reservation to different dates depending on availability and for equal value. 

Rescheduling MUST BE RECEIVED at least 2 weeks prior reservation Start Date.

Cancellation date timeline if rescheduled applies to original reservation date; for example: if you reschedule your reservation, the new cancellation date will not move to the new dates. 

***NOTE:TRAVEL TRAILER DO NOT HAVE AN ON BOARD GENERATOR, CUSTOMER NEEDS TO HAVE A PLUG IN SITE OR RENT THEIR OWN GENERATOR WITH A THIRD PARTY -WE DO NOT HAVE GENERATOR FOR RENT TO OFFER- Please make sure to take the proper steps to ensure you will have electricity available. 

**ALL MOTORHOMES HAVE A LOCK ON THE HITCH RECEIVER TO AVOID TOWING SINCE TOWING IS PROHIBITED.
